Christmas Giveaway: An important update from Santa Cuso
Yesterday was insane, servers collapsing, hundreds of people refreshing the page and getting random errors…
I couldn’t even enter my website’s admin panel! It was really a challenge and it ended up being even more fun than I expected.
For those of you that managed to enter and post within the first seconds, Congratulations. If you are in the top 20 comments you have secured one of the gifts from the list.
If you couldn’t make it that fast don’t worry. You still have the chance to win one of the 32 other gifts. No matter if you are #21 or #189 you can still win so don’t give up hope and go comment now if you haven’t already.

What prize did I win?
Ok now comes the fun part, I’m going to make a list of all the 52 gifts and put them into Random.org/lists so they come out in, you guessed it, random order.
That is going to be the PRIZES LIST.
The first 20 items of the list will go to the first 20 commenters in that order.
For the COMPETITORS LIST we will have to wait for the contest to finish. To quote myself “The rest of the gifts will be assigned at random from all the comments received before the 25th of December”.
So this second list will consist of all of you guys from comment #21 to the last one by December 25 and the ones that retweeted the “santacuso message”. I will randomize the order of the COMPETITORS LIST as soon as I close the comments again.
There are 32 gifts for the late commenters, and you don’t know where the good prizes will be…
What do I do now?
Now you wait and enjoy the Holidays, practice your magic, do the christmas shopping and perform some awesomeness.
You can also make a youtube video with your impressions on the contest, swearing and cussing about the server downtime, celebrating your sneaky internet skills that bypassed the Error 503 obstacles or just wish everybody merry christmas, happy holidays or whatever it is you celebrate there. No need to cosplay to say thanks hehe, I know, I’m also a mind reader so I can’t help it… 
Another thing you can do is subscribe to Best Magic Deals’ feed to get updated on the upcoming contests and get notified if you happen to win one of the prizes. If you use twitter like most of us already do (we are addicts, I can openly say it) there is also a twitter account that tweets out a message whenever a post is published here in the blog.
